Our Prototype injection group can get you T-1’s in 2 weeks! Plus the tools are steel and capable of being modified during development. Typically, prototype tools are guaranteed for 50,000 shots.Our teams of Experienced Prototype /Development/ Production / Quality Engineers get involved.as soon as we are given the go ahead. We begin DFM’s to help optimize and eliminate potential issues ( before going into production) on:
- Product Design,
- Correct Material Selection (Plastics/Metals),
- Process & Secondary Operations,
- Quality Requirements (ISO 9001–vs ISO 13485)
- Qualifications to be preformed. (Including IQ/OQ/PQ’s and special needs)
We really do most metal and plastic processes–From Prototype through High Production. (We have over 70 engineers in our production group, and over 30 engineers in our prototype (see capability list)
We do so much metal products that we have over 40,000 Sq ft of white room powder coating facilities
We have clean room and clean area (white room) capabilities in Injection Molding, silicone LIM, and assembly.
We have multiple facilities for the different processes. – We are producing in Taiwan, China, USA
