We are experienced in molds for and molding of Rigid PVC, ABS, PC, PPO and other outdoor and nsf/UL approved materials. Plumbing
fittings, (Potable water, irrigation, DWV(drain waste and Vent)) are no problem. Building products, including fittings for siding and fencing, etc., are usually our least complex parts But they are very critical on materials and processing and part design. They need to last in the environment for 20 + years. As always, our goal with our DFM systems is to solve the issues before we tool, and help assure the customers that these parts really will last.
